MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PRESTASI PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SDN MURUNG RAYA 3 BANJARMASIN

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low activity and learning outcomes of students in participating in learning in Mathematics subjects. The research aimed to describe the activities of educators, to analyze the increase in students' activities and to analyze the increase in students' learning outcomes. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Murung Raya 3 Banjarmasin. This research was conducted in 3 meetings. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the activity of educators at meeting 1 obtained a score of 21 with the criteria of "Good" increasing in each meeting until it reached a score of 28 with the criteria of "Very Good" at meeting 3. The activity of students at meeting 1 reached 53% with the criteria of "A Small Number of Active Learners" increasing at meeting 3 to 95% reaching the criteria of "Almost All Learners are Very Active". The learning outcomes of students at meeting 1 reached 46% with the criteria "Not Completed" increasing at meeting 3 to 98% reaching the criteria "Completed". Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the PRESTASI learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in mathematics.
