IMPLEMENTASI MODEL BELIRA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Elementary science learning is learning in which there are various kinds of materials that are affiliated with the surrounding environment. Creating an enjoyable experience for students during the process of learning science is essential, given the abundance of learning models and educational tools available for delivering scientific content. But in reality, the conditions in the field are not suitable and are still low. One of the efforts is to combine several learning methods called BELIRA, which include Problem-Based Learning, Numbered Head Together, and Talking Stick. The main focus of this research is discover methods for enhancing the active involvement and participation of students during the learning process. The utilized research approach is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The findings indicate that student activities have reached a succesful level by the fourth session with a 93% percentage in the highly active category. In conclusion, the BELIRA model has succesfully enhanced student learning engagement
