THE PHILOSOPHICAL BASIS OF PANCASILA AND IT’S IMPLEMENTATION IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

This research aims to determine the implementation of philosophical foundations in education. This research was conducted by comparing several literatures (literature study) and searching for relevant theoretical references using descriptive methods. This literature study was conducted by analyzing the philosophical foundations of education and their implementation in the educational context in Indonesia. Education in Indonesia has a wide variety of foundations, all of which depend on the type and pattern of education implemented. However, despite these many variations, the philosophical foundation of ideological education is based on Pancasila. The implementation of Pancasila as the foundation for the learning process given to the next generation requires a curriculum that contains Pancasila values and requires strong and enthusiastic cooperation involving various parties in society in upholding the ideals of the philosophical foundations of education. Therefore, the implementation of the educational foundations can be in the form of handling a generation as an investment in the country's future development, which is expected and will be realized if there are parts of community institutions that carry out the educational mandate properly.
